I had a pretty good experience at CSN Dayton Road, Kelowna. After getting my car repaired, I drove around for a while, then I noticed the bumper wasn’t correctly put on, so I called CSN. Kevin picked up the phone and told me to come in. They fixed my car and tightened the clips back up in 30 minutes! and sent me on my way. I was very happy, especially after 5 months. Thank you very much. If you are ever not satisfied with the workmanship, they will make sure you are. I promise. I will always recommend CSN to all my friends and family for that reason alone. Brought my Vehicle in for a glass claim & had the pleasure of dealing with Daniel. He was lovely to deal with and got my claim set up quickly. He had excellent communication throughout the whole process and my car was out of the shop in no time. They even detailed the whole inside of my car which was a pleasant surprise ( removing pet hair is no easy feat!) Highly recommend this shop, it was such an easy experience & my car looks great.

After a hit n run, had my front bumper replaced at CSN Dayton for my 2013 C300. Quality of the job is top notch and with lifetime warranty. Taran helped me throughout the process and his custom service and communication were also top notch. They were very considerate when I couldn't pick up the car on time because I was traveling. Got the car back detailed inside and out which was the icing on the cake. Recommend 100%.

Excellent service from Daniel and the CSN Dayton team. Highly recommend going here, had my car repaired and repainted. Saved it from being written off. Just came in again cause I got a paint scratch and fixed it for me for no problem.

CSN quite honestly exceeded my expectations. Taran was super helpful, polite and informative about the condition of my car. A colleague dropped my off at CSN to collect my car and he even said it looked like a brand new car. And when I got the keys back and hopped in the car the interior looked the best it’s looked in ages. 5 stars from me!

Nathan was who I was dealing with and he made sure I was informed about what was happening, gave me a very accurate timeline estimate, and was incredibly patient and kind through the whole process.
When dropping my car off, I witnessed Nathan having to deal with a disgustingly rude, difficult customer, and the level of professionalism Nathan used to handle that situation was very admirable! I feel like the level of professionalism and kindness Nathan (and the whole team for that matter) displayed is rare for today and I would 100% recommend bringing your vehicle here. CSN Dayton in Kelowna did a superb job on a major repair to our vehicle. Staff were friendly, and made sure we were totally satisfied.

The group at CSN are always very friendly and great to deal with. I have had two windshields replaced there, and some rock chips. The service was excellent, they walked through what they did, and cleaned my car. I will use them moving forward for any collision repairs or windshields, and recommend them!

I recently had my car repaired at CSN Collision Centre in Kelowna. They were very efficient and did a great job. The car was also cleaned immaculately. Daniel was a great communicator and very helpful and everything was done on schedule. I would highly recommend this collision centre.

From start to finish CSN Dayton was a pleasure to work with. I was expecting major hassles and wait time with getting a rental/courtesy car and was pleasantly surprised that it had already been arranged and was a very quick seamless process. I was hoping to pick up my car a bit earlier than the time range they expected and Daniel did everything he could to try to make it work. Although it didn't work out for early pickup, I really appreciated the communication and effort that Daniel provided and would be happy to recommend them to anyone in the future or use them again myself if needed.
